Overview
By installing or using Flunnel ("the App", "we", "us", or "our"), an AI landing-page builder for Shopify, you agree to these Terms. If you use the App on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind it. These Terms apply both to merchants who use the App and to visitors who view pages built with it.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for the content you publish — including product claims, pricing, and any materials you upload — and for ensuring it is accurate, lawful, and that you hold the rights to use it. If you use the email-capture and marketing features, you are responsible for obtaining the consent required to contact your subscribers and for complying with applicable marketing and anti-spam laws. You must not use the App for fraudulent, infringing, harmful, or otherwise unlawful purposes, and you remain responsible for your store's own customer-facing policies.
AI-Generated Content
Flunnel uses AI to help create copy, layouts, images, and marketing emails. AI output may be inaccurate or unsuitable, so you must review and edit it before publishing. Generated content is provided "as is" with no warranty of originality or fitness. The AI features run on your own provider account — you connect a provider such as Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google with your API key (stored encrypted) and are responsible for that provider's terms and any usage charges.
Landing Pages & Visitors
Landing pages are controlled by the merchant, not by Flunnel. Any purchase, offer, or transaction on a page is solely between the visitor and that merchant and is governed by the merchant's own terms. Flunnel provides the page-building technology only and is not a party to those sales.
Email Capture & Integrations
Flunnel lets merchants add an opt-in form to landing pages to collect visitor email addresses and send a welcome email sequence. This feature runs through the merchant's own connected email-marketing provider (currently Klaviyo) using the merchant's API key; the merchant — not Flunnel — controls those messages and the subscriber list. If you are a visitor and submit your email, you consent to receive emails from that merchant, and your email is processed by Flunnel and that provider to deliver them, subject to the provider's and the merchant's privacy practices.
Disclaimer & Liability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flunnel is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the App in the three months before the claim. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content or your misuse of the App.
Privacy & Data
We use Shopify permissions only to publish and manage landing pages, uploaded files, and theme content on your store — we do not read your products, customers, or orders. Where you enable email capture, visitor email addresses are processed and forwarded to your connected email provider. We do not sell your data. Our full data practices are described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. When you uninstall the App, we stop accessing your store and handle remaining data accordingly.

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means acceptance.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Hanoi, Vietnam, unless otherwise required by local law.
