Terms of Service

Last updated: October 20, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) cover your use of Flunnel (the “App”), made and run by OMNIX COMMERCE PTE. LTD. (“Omnix”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in Singapore, when a merchant (“you”, “Merchant”) installs and uses it on a Shopify store. Our Privacy Policy (https://flunnel.ai/privacy-policy) explains how we handle data.

By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Flunnel and Shopify

Flunnel is made and run by Omnix. Omnix, not Shopify, is solely responsible for Flunnel. Shopify is not liable for any fault in Flunnel or any harm that may result from its installation or use, and, except where Shopify expressly states otherwise, Shopify cannot provide assistance with the installation or use of Flunnel. Omnix is solely responsible for any liability which may arise from your access to or use of Flunnel, including: (A) the development, use, marketing or distribution of or access to Flunnel, including its support; or (B) Omnix’s access, use, distribution or storage of your store’s data (Merchant Data). Nothing in these Terms stops you from using other apps, building your own tools, or working with anyone you choose.

2. Charges

  • Flunnel’s Free plan is never charged. Paid plans, charged every 30 days, and credit packs, a one-time charge that only a paid plan can add, are billed through Shopify, on your Shopify bill.

  • The App shows a charge’s price before you approve it, and nothing is charged until you approve it on Shopify’s page.

  • Refunds follow our refund policy (https://flunnel.ai/refund-policy). Credit packs are not refundable, except a charge made in error or a pack never added to your balance, as our refund policy says.

3. Warranty and liability

  • Flunnel is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, neither Omnix nor Shopify gives any warranty about Flunnel, express or implied, including that it fits a particular purpose, meets all your needs, or runs without interruption or error.

  • To the extent the law allows, neither Omnix nor Shopify is liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including lost profits or goodwill, that comes from your use of Flunnel.

4. Posts on the Flunnel Roadmap

  1. Who can post. A store that uses Flunnel can post through a person who may act for that store and who is at least 18. Your store is responsible for what it posts.

  2. Who sees your posts. Other stores that use Flunnel see your comments, replies and approved pictures, under “Store” and a short code, unless you choose to show your store’s name. Your feature requests, votes, follows and reports are seen only by your store and the Flunnel team; other stores see only how many there are. When our team approves a request, it becomes an item that every store sees, without your store’s name. The Flunnel team also sees your store’s name and plan.

  3. What you must not post. Customer data or any other personal data about another person; ads or links to your store; anything rude or abusive; and anything, a picture included, that you do not have the right to share.

  4. How we review posts. The App checks each comment for an email address, a phone number or a link, and holds a comment that has one until our team reviews it. Pictures wait for our team’s approval. Any store can report another store’s comment, and a reported comment is held until our team decides to keep, hide or delete it.

  5. What we may do. We may hold, hide or delete any post, and we may stop a store from posting if it breaks these Terms more than once. If you think we got it wrong, write to hello@flunnel.ai and we will look again.

  6. Your rights in your posts. You keep the rights you have in your posts. You give Omnix a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, copy, re-encode, resize and show your posts on the Roadmap for as long as they stay posted.

  7. Ideas. If you suggest a feature or an idea, we may use it freely, without payment or credit to you. We do not have to build it.

  8. Posts are not confidential. Do not post anything you want kept private.

  9. Deleting. You can delete your own comments at any time. When your store uninstalls Flunnel, we delete its Roadmap posts as our Privacy Policy describes. Where another store or our team replied to one of your comments, a “Comment deleted.” line, without your words or your store, stays so the replies keep their place.

  10. Reporting content, including a rights claim. A store can report another store’s comment with the Report button under it. Anyone else, a rights holder included, can write to hello@flunnel.ai with: a link to the post or a clear description of it; the work or right concerned; why the post is unlawful or breaks these Terms; their name and email; and a statement that the report is accurate and made in good faith. We confirm receipt, act promptly, and tell them what we decided. If we hide or remove your post after such a report, you can write to the same address to answer.

5. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
