08 - Email Flows

Email Flows

In short: Every page comes with three matching emails. Flunnel writes them, you manage them, and Klaviyo sends them.

A landing page captures interest. The email flow turns that interest into a sale over the next few days. In Flunnel, the two are built together, so the emails continue the exact story the page started.

We will keep using Aerix Sport as the example.

The three emails

In short: Each flow has a Welcome, a Value, and an Offer email.

When you generate a page, Flunnel also writes a three-email sequence that fits the page's angle. Each email has a job:

Email

Its job

Welcome

Greet the new opt-in and restate the promise they signed up for

Value

Build the case with a benefit, a proof point, or a story

Offer

Make the offer clearly and ask for the sale

Example: For the Aerix Matchpoint Elite page, the Welcome reminds the reader about control at full swing, the Value email explains why the racket stays stable, and the Offer email presents the price and the on-court return.

The emails match the page

In short: The flow picks up the page's core promise, so the inbox and the page tell one story.

The emails are not generic newsletters. Flunnel chooses a sequence that fits the page's angle and writes the emails around the same promise and voice. The reader hears one consistent message from the ad, to the page, to the inbox.

The Email flows view

In short: Manage every sequence from one place.

All your flows live in the Email flows view. From there you can see every sequence, open any one of them, and edit it. Each flow stays linked to the angle it was built for, so it is easy to find the right one.

Editing a flow

In short: Edit any email before it goes out.

Open a flow and adjust the emails until they read the way you want. Fix wording, sharpen the offer, or change the order of the points. The emails are yours to refine, the same way the page is.

Sending through Klaviyo

In short: Flunnel writes and pushes the emails. Klaviyo sends them, triggered when someone opts in on your page.

Flunnel does not send email itself. It syncs your flow to Klaviyo, where the sending happens. Here is how the pieces connect:

  1. A visitor submits the form on your page.

  2. They are added to your configured Klaviyo list.

  3. This fires the Landing Page Subscribe metric in Klaviyo.

  4. Your Klaviyo flow, triggered by that metric, sends the three emails.

Quick tip: Connect Klaviyo before you publish, including the list ID and the Landing Page Subscribe metric. See Settings and Governance for the one-time setup.

The whole journey

Put together, one run gives you a complete path from click to sale:

  • The ad makes a promise.

  • The page repeats it and captures the opt-in.

  • The three emails continue the same promise and drive the sale.
