FAQ and Troubleshooting

Getting started
Do I need to install anything?
Flunnel is a Shopify app. Install it from the Shopify App Store and it runs inside your Shopify admin. There is nothing else to download.
Which AI providers can I use?

Do I have to connect Klaviyo?
You need Klaviyo to capture opt-ins from your page and to send the email flow. A page can still be published without it, but the email side will not work until Klaviyo is connected. See Settings and Governance.
How much does Flunnel cost?

Building and generating
How long does generation take?
Usually more than thirty seconds. The exact time depends on the AI model you chose and how detailed your instructions are.
Can I generate a page in another language?

Is there a limit on pages or re-rolls?

The page came out off-topic or aimed at the wrong person
This almost always traces back to the brief. Sharpen these fields and re-generate:
Persona and core pain. Make them specific.
Anchor phrase. Set the exact promise the page should lead with.
Raw facts. Add concrete details to write from.
Quick tip: Re-generate one section at a time instead of the whole page. It is faster and keeps the parts that already work.
Editing and publishing
Where does my published page live?
Publishing creates the page inside your Shopify online store, at the handle you approved when you set up the page. It goes live on your store domain.
Can I change the URL handle after publishing?

Can I unpublish or delete a page?

Will re-rolling lose my manual edits?
Only if those sections are unlocked. Lock the sections you want to keep before you re-roll, and they are preserved exactly. If something is lost, version history can restore an earlier version. See Editing Your Page.
How long is version history kept?

Emails and Klaviyo
Does Flunnel send the emails?
No. Flunnel writes the emails and syncs them to Klaviyo. Klaviyo sends them, triggered when a visitor opts in on your page. See Email Flows.
My Klaviyo sync failed
Check these in order, on the Klaviyo tab in Settings:
The connection status reads Connected.
The Private API Key is correct (it starts with
pk_).A List ID is set.
The Landing Page Subscribe metric has been created.
Can I send SMS too?

Team and security
Is my API key safe?
Yes. Keys are encrypted at rest, and after saving only the last four characters are ever shown. Use Replace to rotate a key.
Can I stop teammates from changing settings?
Yes. Role-based access can make Settings view-only for the roles that should not change it, which protects your keys and house rules. [CẦN ĐIỀN: danh sách role và quyền cụ thể.]
